Bond Attorney
Bricker & Eckler LLP seeks an experienced bond finance lawyer to join its Public Finance Practice Group in their Columbus office. The ideal candidate will possess 3+ years’ experience acting as bond counsel, underwriter’s counsel and developer/borrower counsel, working on traditional, general obligation, revenue and project-based financings.
Candidates should also possess excellent academic credentials, high ethical standards, strong writing, financial, analytical and communication skills, a desire to learn, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively as a member of a team. Must possess strong workload management skills, ability to work effectively with a diverse client base, and be able to work with multiple attorneys on a variety of assignments in a fast-paced environment.

Construction Attorney
Bricker & Eckler LLP seeks an Associate to join its Construction Law Practice Group in their Columbus office. The ideal candidate will possess 3+ years’ experience in the practice of construction law with a focus on transactional matters including experience with the procurement of Ohio public design and construction contracts and the negotiation of contracts for various types of construction projects. Experience with construction litigation, a plus.
Candidates should also possess excellent academic credentials, high ethical standards, strong writing, analytical and communication skills, a desire to learn, and the ability and desire to work collaboratively as a member of a team.
