Bricker & Eckler LLP seeks a corporate attorney to join its Business Industry Group in their Columbus, Ohio office. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years’ experience in corporate governance, transactional matters, and tax law. Basic securities experience, a plus.
Candidates should also possess excellent academic credentials, high ethical standards, strong writing, analytical and communication skills and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively. Must possess strong project management skills and be able to work with multiple attorneys on a variety of assignments.
